Mr. Bayyari is Chief Technology Officer at Anthelion Capital where he oversees the firm’s technology strategy, cloud infrastructure, and leads initiatives around the firm’s proprietary AI-native software platform. He is an accomplished software architect who has more than two decades of experience developing proprietary enterprise software products and has experience in using various technologies to design, develop, and deploy real enterprise class software with a focus on the user experience and data visualization. He also oversees the firm’s cybersecurity program.

Prior to Anthelion, Mr. Bayyari joined Cowen in 2013 as Head of Risk IT leading a team of software developers responsible for building an enterprise level portfolio management system that is used to assess risk across multiple factors and scenarios. Prior to joining Cowen, he worked as a senior consultant at multiple major hedge funds helping them develop software solutions to manage their portfolios and integrate their platforms to major data providers, brokers, custodians, and fund administrators

Mr. Bayyari holds BS and MS degrees with honors in Computer Systems Engineering from University of Arkansas. He is fluent in Arabic and conversational in Spanish.
